Printing Disclaimer

Items with custom printing cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product is faulty. Furthermore if a player changes his number at any time we cannot offer a refund or an exchange on this shirt (this does not affect your statutory rights). Please note any orders consisting of an item that requires printing may require up to an additional two days to dispatch from our warehouse.

Please allow 5-7 days extra delivery time for any personalised item.

Personalisation of Replica Kit

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts that we deem offensive or abusive. A member of customer service team will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note this may delay delivery of your shirt.

Printing

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits. Please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to exchange or refund after letters and/or numbers have been applied to personalise your item. We cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number or leave the club.

Please note that the price charged for shirt printing applies to up to 12 letters and 2 Numbers, however this is dependant on the size of shirt requested as not all sizes will accommodate 12 letters. If this is the case a customer service team will contact you to discuss your choice and, if necessary, request an alternative. Please note baby and infant kits hold up to 6 letter and 2 numbers.

Washing Instructions

In order to preserve your personalisation, we advise that personalised shirts are washed inside out and without fabric conditioner at 30 degrees. Do not wash within the first 24 hours.

2023/24 Adult Unsponsored Third Shirt

The 2023/24 Third kit features a solid yellow body and bold royal blue sleeves, reminiscent of the iconic yellow away shirts of the 80’s and The Potters’ first season back in the English Premier League, during the 2008/09 campaign.

The jacquard pinstripes running through the yellow body of the shirt is adorned with a modern silicon suede tonal crest and the Macron Hero logo on the upper chest. The sleeves are finished beautifully with a yellow and royal blue rib knit cuff and ‘Stoke City’ is embroidered on the back of the neck.

City’s classy third kit is completed by royal blue shorts featuring the club crest in bespoke colours on the right leg and yellow piping along the back of each short. The socks are yellow with a royal blue turnover and triangle on the upper calf.

As with the 2023/24 home and away shirts, this year’s third shirt is constructed from Macron’s innovative eco fabric made from 100% PET recycled polyester. Each shirt therefore made from approximately thirteen 0.5L recycled plastic bottles

OUR CARRIERS - Our preferred carrier is APC Overnight. Should your requested delivery address be located outside of the UK mainland, or in remote locations, an alternative carrier may be used. This will be made clear at Checkout.

CLICK & COLLECT - Orders placed for Click & Collect will be processed by our warehouse. Upon completion, you will receive an e-mail confirmation when your parcel is ready to be collected from your selected store.
