Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items in line with the policy below.

Returns window

You may return or exchange eligible items within 28 days of purchase, provided they meet the conditions set out below and you can supply proof of purchase.

Eligible items

Refunds and exchanges will only be accepted on items that are:

  • New and unused
  • In a re-sellable condition
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

If items are returned in a condition that means they cannot be resold, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Personalised items (important information)

Personalised items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they are faulty or incorrect.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Replica kit customised in any way, including:
    • Player names
    • Custom names
    • Squad numbers
    • Sleeve badges or patches
  • Any other item that has been printed, embroidered, or altered to order

Please note:

  • Shirts will not be exchanged or refunded if a player leaves the club, changes squad number, or if competition badges or squad details change after purchase.
  • Once personalisation has been applied, the item is considered bespoke and cannot be resold.
Other non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or incorrect:

  • Books
  • DVDs
  • Magazines / Programmes
  • Jewellery
  • Underwear
Exchanges and refunds charge

For all exchanges and refunds, a £3.95 handling charge applies. This charge will be deducted from any refund issued.

Please include your proof of purchase and clearly state whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.

In-store returns

Refunds or exchanges can also be processed in person at the bet365 Stadium Store, subject to the same terms and eligibility criteria outlined above.

International orders

This returns policy applies to UK orders only. If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please contact our Customer Service team before sending anything back:

Faulty, damaged, or missing items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or if a parcel is missing, this must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
