Click & Collect Information

1. Order Confirmation: After placing a Click & Collect order, you’ll receive an email with your order number. Your parcel will be processed by the warehouse team and delivered to the bet365 Stadium Store.

2. Processing Time: Allow 2-3 working days for processing. Deliveries to the store take place on Tuesdays and Fridays.

3. Collection Notification: Wait for a second email confirming your order is ready before visiting the store, as orders cannot be fulfilled on the spot in-store.

4. Charges: A £1.95 fee applies to all Click & Collect orders and is non-refundable.

5. Collection Requirements: When collecting your order, you must provide your order number, the customer name under which the order was placed, and sign for your items. Ensure you bring your email confirmation and ID. If someone else collects for you, they must present your confirmation email.

6. Storage and Refunds: All orders must be collected within 14 days of arriving in-store. If not collected, they will be returned to the warehouse, and a refund will be issued (excluding the £1.95 Click & Collect fee). Allow up to 5 working days for the parcel to return to the warehouse and the refund to be processed. For items that cannot be returned per our returns policy, we will contact you.

7. Pre-Orders: If ordering an item available on a pre-order basis, it will be processed and dispatched to the store once stock is received. The expected delivery timeframe will be displayed on the product page.

8. Important Info: In order to qualify for Click & Collect, you must check out with your SCFC MyStoke account or as a guest. Orders made via PayPal cannot use the Click & Collect service.
