Welcome to the official Stoke City FC auction. Before placing a bid, please take a moment to read the information below to understand how our auctions work and how items are described.

Supporting the Stoke City Foundation

By taking part in our auctions, you are supporting the Stoke City Foundation, the club’s official charity, which delivers programmes across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire to improve physical health, support mental wellbeing, and bring communities together through football and activity. Its purpose is to positively impact physical health and mental wellbeing, create spaces and opportunities for communities to come together, and educate people on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Twenty percent of net proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Stoke City Foundation.

Item Descriptions

Each auction listing includes a detailed description. Please read this carefully before placing a bid, as it contains all relevant information about the item.

Authenticity

All auction items come with a Certificate of Authenticity and a security hologram.

• Each hologram carries a unique number linked to the item in the club’s records.
• This ensures authenticity can always be verified, even if the certificate is misplaced.
• Replacement certificates can be requested if required.

How to Bid

1. Register / Log In
   You must have a My Stoke account and be logged in to place a bid.
2. Placing a Bid
• Enter your maximum bid on the auction page.
• The system will automatically bid on your behalf in increments, up to your maximum bid.
• Bid increments will vary depending on the item being auctioned.
3. Review Carefully
   Once submitted, bids cannot be changed or withdrawn.
4. Winning an Auction
• If you win, you will receive an email confirmation.
• Log in to your account, add the item to your basket, and complete checkout.
5. Payment Deadline
• Payment must be completed within 2 days of receiving the confirmation email.
• Failure to pay may result in the item being offered to the next highest bidder and could affect future bidding privileges.

Delivery & Returns

• Items will be dispatched within our delivery timeframes once payment is received.
• In the case that an item is oversized, there may be additional delivery charges.
