Extended Christmas Returns Period

To make holiday shopping more convenient, we've extended our returns policy for the Christmas season! Purchases made from October 1st to December 24th 2025 can be returned or exchanged until January 31st 2026.

Please Note: This policy does not apply to personalised items (e.g., printed shirts), which are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty. 

How to Return Your Order

Please follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

1. Package Your Item Securely
   Ensure the item is well-protected in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. If available, using the original packaging is ideal.
2. Include Your Invoice or Order Details
• With Invoice: Place your original invoice inside the package and note whether you would like a refund or exchange. For exchanges, specify the new item and size.
• Without Invoice: No problem! Simply include a note with your name, phone number, email, and order number. Clearly indicate if you want a refund or an exchange, and specify the desired item and size if exchanging.
3. Choose Your Return Method
• In-Store Return: Bring the item and invoice to any of our official Stoke City FC club stores.
• Mail Return: Send the parcel via a reliable courier or postal service to the address below:

4. Track Your Return
   If mailing the item, we strongly recommend using a tracked courier service to monitor your return and ensure it reaches us safely. 

Processing Your Refund or Exchange

• Exchanges: Once we process your return, we will send the new item to you free of charge.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after processing.
