Mystery Bundles

Our Mystery Bundles contain a selection of clothing, fashion accessories and/or luggage items. This may include (but is not limited to) t-shirts, sweaters, hoodies, coats, hats, caps, scarves, socks, belts, wallets, card holders, backpacks*, gym bags* and lunch bags*.

Items in our Mystery Bundles are selected at random and there is no guarantee that a certain item will be included your Mystery Bundle. However, each Mystery Bundle will contain at least one item of clothing and Mystery Bundles can be purchased in various sizes. Mystery Bundles will only contain items appropriate for the size and category selected.

The following Mystery Bundles are available:

• £30 Mystery Bundle– contains a minimum of two items with a collective RRP value of no less than £40**
• £50 Mystery Bundle– contains a minimum of three items with a collective RRP value of no less than £70
• £100 Mystery Bundle– contains a minimum of four items with a collective RRP value of no less than £150

Please note that, whilst items within each Mystery Bundle will not be duplicated, we cannot guarantee that the contents of Mystery Bundles will not be duplicated between Mystery Bundles if more than one is purchased.

The following terms and conditions apply:

1. Mystery Bundles are available to purchase from 00:00 on 01/11/2024 until 23:59 on 30/11/2024.
2. Mystery Bundles can be purchased in-store (bet365 Stadium) and online (store.stokecityfc.com).
3. Mystery Bundles cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, promotion or discount.
4. Loyalty (TeamCard) points can be redeemed against the purchase of Mystery Bundles, however points will not be awarded for purchases of Mystery Bundles.
5. Returns and exchanges:
   • Mystery Bundles purchased in-store cannot be returned.
   • Mystery Bundles purchased online may be returned. Each Mystery Bundle is treated as a single product such that all items in the Mystery Bundle must be returned in order for a refund to be given. Individual items within a Mystery Bundle may not be returned for a partial refund.
   • If you wish to return your Mystery Bundle, you must inform us of your intention to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the items. You must then return all items in the Mystery Bundle no later than 14 days after the date that you inform us of your cancellation. Please note that any extended returns period that may be offered from time to time will not apply to Mystery Bundles.
   • You will bear the costs of any return and we recommend that you return via a recorded delivery service for your security, as we will not be liable for any lost items.
   • Please address returns to: Stoke City Retail Returns, bet365 Stadium, Stanley Matthews May, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST4 4EG. Alternatively, returns can be processed in-store.
   • All items in the Mystery Box must be sent back new and unused. If we feel that any of the items returned are not of a re-sellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse your refund.
   • Mystery Bundles cannot be exchanged.
6. Sizing information:
   • The dimensions specified in our Size Guide are indicative only and sizes may vary from those specified therein up to a maximum of 5%. For example, a size L may be advertised as having measurements of Chest (IN.) 42-44” but actual measurements may be between 9” (-5%) and 46.2” (+5%).
   • Dimensions of items within each Mystery Bundle may also vary from time to time. For example, a £30 Mystery Bundle purchased in a size L may contain one t-shirt with a Chest (IN.) measurement of 41” and another with a Chest (IN.) measurement of 44”.
   • For Mystery Bundles purchased in Adult sizes, any socks included will be supplied in shoe size 7-11.
   • All fashion accessories contained within Mystery Bundles will be ‘One Size’ and will correspond with the category selected (i.e. Adult, Junior etc.).
7. Mystery Bundles are subject to availability and demand.
8. We reserve the right to terminate our offering of Mystery Bundles at any time and accept no liability for any such termination.
9. By purchasing a Mystery Bundle, you acknowledge that you understand these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
10. We reserve the right to refuse a sale in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions. Our General Terms and Conditions are also available on our website.

*Items only available when purchased in a Junior size.
