Which is my TeamCard?

Your Season Card or Club Card acts as your TeamCard and is the card that you would need to present instore to collect points.

What is TeamCard?
TeamCard is the official loyalty card provider for Stoke City Football Club. TeamCard offers you the chance to earn points when purchasing merchandise from your Club. With each purchase you make, you will earn TeamCard points.

How do I collect TeamCard points at my Club?
Simply present your TeamCard at the point of purchase in the bet365 Stadium Store or The Potteries Shopping Centre store and your points will be awarded. Points cannot be awarded at a later stage. Points will also be awarded for merchandise purchased online.

Where/How can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points for payment or part-payment of merchandise on the official online store, in thebet365 Stadium Store or The Potteries Shopping Centre store or by calling the Mail Order Team on 01782 592295. You can also redeem your points when purchasing a Season Card. Please note that the minimum redemption value for each transaction is £1.

How much is a point worth?
Each TeamCard point earned is worth 1p – so if, for example, you’ve earned 1000 points you can redeem £10 off your future purchases.

Can I collect/redeem points on one transaction with multiple cards/accounts?
No, only points from one card/account can be collected/redeemed per one transaction. 

Is there an expiry on my points?
Yes, TeamCard points can be collected from now up to and including 30th June and then must be redeemed by close of business 31st August each season. Any points earned after the 30th June will be carried over to the following season.

Can I use my TeamCard against retail promotions/offers/sale period?
You will not be able to redeem points against products that are in a retail promotion/offer/sale but your points will still be rewarded for the amount in which you spend.

Where can I view my points balance?
Your TeamCard balance can be viewded in the My Account section on the official online store. You can also visit the official TeamCard website www.myteamcard.co.uk where you can view all your TeamCard related activity, purchase history and even your match and event attendance, plus your tickets and entitlement not yet used.

What can I earn TeamCard points for at my Club?
You can earn points for all purchases you make in the bet365 Stadium Store or The Potteries Shopping Centre store. Points will also be awarded for merchandise purchased online.

Will I collect points on gift vouchers?
Points will not be issued at the point of sale for gift vouchers purchased, Once the gift voucher is redeemed against products in store at this point you will then receive your points as long as the products are not in a retail promotion/offer.

Can I sign up for a Club Card on a matchday?
Yes, however during busy periods and two hours before any home match kick off time, the Club may withdraw this feature. Cards will be issued at the Ticket Office not instore.

What happens if I receive two cards?
Any supporter who has two or more cards in their possession should contact the ticket office on 01782 367599.

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
If your TeamCard is lost or stolen contact the Club on 01782 367599 or visit the bet365 stadium ticket office. You will be charged £10 for the replacement of your card.
